Shipping & Delivery
We post all of our orders within 24 business hours.
If you're in Australia, standard shipping will get your kaleidoscope glasses to you within 5 business days, and express will get your glasses to you the next day if you order before 4pm!
If you're overseas, you'll receive your glasses within 9 business days.

If your country isn't listed as a shipping destination, email us and we'll get it sorted!

We use Australia Post and are guided by the delivery time frames advertised on their website.
Please understand there may sometimes be delays since AusPost doesn't work as hard as us - we promise we've done everything we can to get your order to you ASAP!

Tracking numbers are available upon request, as we ship all items via registered post. We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost or stolen in the mail, so please make sure you enter an accurate and safe postage address!

Returns
If there are any quality issues with our glasses, please notify us immediately. We will offer a full replacement of any faulty, unworn glasses after initial assessment within 7 days of delivery. A $9 processing and handling fee will be incurred.
Please email us for any warranty claims.

I further agree that any and all liability of Unicorn Vision Aus including its owners, agents and employees resulting from the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of this product shall be limited to the purchase price of any such product.

You, the Buyer acknowledge and agree that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and agree to indemnify the Seller and to hold the Seller harmless from any claim related to the item of the product purchased.
